Scabies is a condition where by small lines on the skin which are very itchy.جرب فيها شرط من الخطوط الصغيرة على البشره التي حاك جدا. The itch may become more intense especially at night.الحكه قد تصبح اكثر كثافه وخاصة في الليل. These lines are actually burrows of tiny parasitic mites whose scientific name is Sarcoptes scabiei, more commonly called the scabies mite .هذه الخطوط هي بالفعل صغيرة طفيليه بوروز من العث الذي هو الاسم العلمي ساركوبتيس سكابيي اكثر يسمى جرب عثه. The burrows made by these mites contain the eggs of their females, whose reproductive cycle may take around five days.الجحور التي تحتوي عليها هذه العث البيض من الاناث التناسليه ، الذي بدوره قد يستغرق نحو خمسة ايام. The increased itchiness at night can be attributed to the increased activity of these mites during such time.زيادة حك في الليل ويمكن ان يعزى ذلك الى زيادة نشاط هذه العث خلال تلك الفترة.

The condition is not really serious considering how easily it may be treated when only one individual has the infestation.الشرط ليس خطير كيفية يمكن بسهولة عندما يعامل شخص واحد له هذا الوباء.

The mites prefer moist and sweaty areas to lay their eggs, like in the armpits, in between fingers, on the hands, groins, buttocks, toes, and on genitalia.العث يفضل المناطق الرطبه ومتعرق لوضع بيوضها ، كما في الذراعين ، وبين الأصابع ، على ايدى والاربيات والردفين وقدميه واعضائه التناسليه. The parasite may easily be spread by direct contact.الطفيلي يمكن نقلها بسهولة من الاتصال المباشر.

The constant scratching of the itchy burrows of the scabies mite may also result with dry, cracked areas of the skin which may sting intensely upon contact with water or soap, adding still to the discomfort of the individual with the skin condition .الخدش المستمر لحاك بوروز من الجرب عثه قد يؤدي ايضا الى جاف ، المتصدع مناطق الجلد التي يمكن خاطفة على اتصال مكثف مع الماء او الصابون اضافة يزال يشعر الفرد من الجلد شرط.

Infected individuals may have numerous sores and scabs all over their bodies due to the constant scratching of the itchy burrows.اصابة العديد من الاشخاص قد القروح والجلبه على جثثهم بسبب استمرار خدش لحاك بوروز. These sores and scabs may get infected and start having pus after some time.وهذه القروح قد جلبه على المصابين وقيح أن تبدأ بعد فترة. This is a serious complication of scabies , and has been found to be rather common in people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.وهو اخطر من التعقيد والجرب ، وثبت شاءعه في الناس من ادنى الشرائح الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. It is wise to promptly seek medical help when this is observed.ومن الحكمة الى المساعدة الطبية فورا عند ملاحظه هذا.
